These terms govern access to and use of Axo, our subscription service for curated AI updates and workflow recommendations delivered in Slack.

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Axo Technology LLC ("Axo," "we," "us," and "our") for use of https://axo.technology and related services. By accessing or using Axo, you agree to these terms.
2. What We Provide
Axo is a subscription product that delivers curated AI updates, practical tactics, and implementation ideas to your team in Slack. Deliverables can include summaries, source links, context about why a tactic matters, and copy-paste-ready prompts or snippets.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Slack workspace access.
4. Pricing and Billing
Current standard pricing is listed on our homepage pricing section, including our Team plan and Enterprise options. Team subscriptions may include a free trial period, and Enterprise pricing is custom. If pricing changes, we will apply updated pricing prospectively.
5. Refund Policy
Refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, or use Axo for unlawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
Axo and related branding, software, and content are owned by Axo Technology LLC or our licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes.
8. Third-Party Services
Axo integrates with third-party services like Slack and authentication providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Axo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes from any recommendation or tactic shared through Axo.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axo Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using Axo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or abuse of the service.
12. Privacy

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
