This policy explains how refunds are handled for Axo subscriptions and trials.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Axo operated by Axo Technology LLC.
2. Free Trial
If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. If you continue after the trial period, your subscription converts to a paid plan.
3. Subscription Charges
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle. Unless otherwise stated in your order form, charges are non-refundable after a billing period starts.
4. Refund Exceptions
We may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion for issues like duplicate charges, billing errors, or prolonged platform outages. Requests are reviewed case by case.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you can continue to use the service through the end of the current paid period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email justin@axo.technologywith your account email, workspace name, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Payment Processor Timelines
If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Posting timelines depend on your payment provider and financial institution.
